+ Kat Von D Lock It Concealer Creme in L1 & L3 + Retails for $26 USD.
At first using this product was a little hard to work with because I used the concealer brush, in my opinion its not very good at blending this product out. The product itself is creamy but heavy at the same time which means it dries down quickly forcing you to work rather quickly at blending. After using these two concealers with a beauty blender my only complaint is that they do crease a little bit and definitely set into the fine lines. However I found the shade L1 to be extremely brightening and both shades have very high coverage, I just wish they were a more hydrating. * 3.5 out of 5 *
+ Kat Von D Lock It Edge Concealer Brush #40 + Retails for $24 USD.
I The design of this brush is flawless and I love the modern look AND the fact that it's made of really soft synthetic hairs, however for the purpose of blending out the concealers, I don't think its the best product to use. For $24 dollars you can get a couple of great brushes from less expensive brands that will probably do a better job at blending out the concealer. I will however be using this to apply eyeshadow primer since I do think its good for that and to clean up any area with concealer. * 2.5 out of 5 *
+ Kat Von D Lock It Setting Powder + Retails for $30 USD.
While the It Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores Powder has become my favorite, I find it can be too mattifying and that's where the KVD comes in, it's absolutely perfect to set the entire face while giving you a very natural finish. I do think it helps set and remove some shine from the face but it's not drying and it doesn't set into fine lines. Overall, this was my second favorite product from the line! * 5 out of 5 *
+ Kat Von D Lock It Setting Brush #20 + Retails for $38 USD.
Afterry Again, I have to say I'm extremely impressed with the quality of the KVD brushes, this brush especially is cruelty free which means it was made with synthetic hairs, HOWEVER, it is the softest hair I have ever had in a face brush. The design of the brush is killer and the overall quality is superb. * 5 out of 5 *
As always thanks for coming back for another beauty review! I will be back with another product review shortly so make sure to check back!
